FINAL MODEL - 5 REAL TIME IMAGE CAPTURES
FINAL SUBMISSION
Electroliquid Aggregation:
Simple practical architecture arranged in geometric grid like shapes, which emerge from and interact with the landscape.
View of Zaha Hadid's monument that interacts with the surrounding landscape as the structure sits slightly submerged in the hillside.
Circulation around the monument, that continues under the meeting point, enphasising the relationship with the landscape. No stairs to the meeting point exsist, instead the subject walks up the natural gradient of the surrounding land.
View from inside Norma Merrick Sklarek's monument, Note the "Simple Grid like geometric shapes" that create practical spaces.
View from the meeting point, which subtly divides the monuments, and at the same time joins them. The frame like structure in the distance acts as an entrance without the use of physical barriers while still separating the monument from surrounding features. Note the practical spaces created by simple geometric shapes on the left side of the image.
View at night showing the relationship between the monuments. Zala Hadid on the lower left, Norma Merrick Sklarek on the top right and the meeting place in the centre.
Development of the final model
View of the "meeting point" located on top Zala Hadid's monument, and ties both spaces together
Another view of the meeting point, looking towards Norma Merrick Sklarek's monument

Emphasis on the "grid like" structure in Norma Merrick Sklarek's monument

"Electroliquid Aggregation"
Combination of the two previous individual concepts:
Simple practical architecture arranged in geometric grid like shapes, which emerge from and interact with the landscape.
.
TWO CONCEPTS
Two Concepts
Norma Merrick Sklarek: Simple grid like geometric shapes that create practical spaces.
