My HSC major work
Made up of over 2000 individual pieces of wooden dowel, that I cut, sanded and painted. Basically, the idea was how little pieces that don't show anything on their own, come together to create the whole work. The works surrounding explored a similar idea, using light and colour to create form.
The Convent of Sant Francesc in Santpedor, Spain
I just like the contrast between the two styles of architecture, that have been combined into one, creating an interesting mix of texture and light.

Im not sure if "original photograph" meant it had to be your own work, but anyway, I think it captures a moment during the war and gives a greater perspective
